Physical Education

The physical education component of the curriculum includes a balance of games, movement education, outdoor and recreational activities, and opportunities to develop fitness while also developing social-emotional learning skills through these fun and rewarding activities.

Students of NHES have Physical Education 2 - 4 times per week and will learn several skills like kicking, throwing, catching, and so many others. They will also learn to play many sports, such as soccer, handball, volleyball, basketball, and badminton, only to name a few.

Students are required to have the NHES Bobcats grey t-shirt and navy blue shorts. They also need good running shoes and a water bottle.
